Research and Development Engineer

Stockton, CA

As the Research and Development Engineer you will be responsible for conducting new product research and development. The position will require you to perform product failure investigations along with process engineering improvements. This position will be based out of Stockton, CA and requires a Bachelor's degree and minimally 2 years related experience.

Account Manager (Northern Texas & Arkansas)
The Account Manager is responsible for the overall successful management of 50-70 of distribution accounts within a specific territory or region. This includes the development of new sales strategies to solicit new customers as well as increase the sales of current distributors.

System Mechanic (Electro - Mechanic B)
Meadville, PA

As a System Mechanic, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining production equipment, buildings and facilities at our Meadville plant. We are looking for an experienced mechanic with at least 3 years of hands on maintenance and repair knowledge. This position requires Electrical and mechanical experience, complete capability to read and produce drawings, knowledge of electrical codes and use of shop math.

Quality Assurance Engineer (2 positions)
This position will be responsible for the review of technical materials; investigation, resolution and record keeping of product claims; support for technical inquires; maintenance of product specifications, certification of products per third party listing agency requirements; facilitation of QA Plant Audit program; assistance with department projects and objectives.

Maintenance Superintendent
Batchelor, LA

McNary, OR
As the Maintenance Superintendent the right candidate will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, repair and maintenance of production equipment as well as the equipment in and around the building and facilities. This position requires advance mechanical and electrical knowledge with past experience supervising employees preferred.

Logistics Manager

As the Logistics Manager, you will report to the Director of Production, this position oversees and manages all logistics activities and related systems information in a manufacturing environment. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to supply chain services; inventory control; or critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products from place of origin to point of delivery, third-party warehousing, and shipping/receiving activities. Develops and implements logistics plans, budgets, and procedures to maximize compliance with customer needs within budget constraints.

HDPE Production Manager
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Production Manager with at least 5 years experience and a degree in Engineering or a related field. As the Assistant Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the effective operation of the polyethylene plants including production, quality, inventory management, costs, and working conditions.

Systems Administrator
Systems Administrator needed to design, deploy, configure, monitor and analyze all companywide PBX/LAN status and report back to IT Manager. There will be other PBX, server and network related projects assigned to this position. Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and ASA is preferred. We are ideally looking for someone with a Masters in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Inside Sales
This position is responsible for the overall successful management of 50-70 distribution accounts within a specific region and territory. A BA/BS degree is required for this position. Three (3) to seven (7) years experience in outside / inside sales is required as well. As a key member of the Waterworks Team, you will develop new sales strategies to solicit new customers as well as increase sales for current distributors.
