The Plant Human Resources Coordinator performs the day-to-day administration of the plant Human Resource Department to ensure efficient completion of HR-related tasks; supports, administers and coordinates corporate HR programs and initiatives at the assigned location.
This position is responsible for the overall successful management of 50-70 distribution national accounts. This includes developing new sales strategies to solicit new customers as well as to increase sales of current distributors, subsequently meeting those targets on a monthly basis to ensure the success of the entire department is met. This position is also expected to collect all market information about pricing, competitor info and recent market changes to report to the Director Of sales. Provide A to Z accounts management and relationship building role for distributors.
The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department function, enhances marketing campaigns/projects, and provides communications support to the Marketing department.
This position is responsible for the design, purchasing, development and improvement of production processes and equipment through Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma concepts. Manage the expansion and capital investment projects.
The Plant Manager manages plant operations in the most efficient manner to produce quality products. This includes establishing and directing the organization to operate the plant facility.
This position is responsible for compiling production/inventory data, handling purchasing, managing interplant order proposals, and acting as liaison among the HQ Operations Department, Customer Service Department, Plant staff and vendors with regards to production, shipping and inventory.
