This position is responsible for the overall successful management of 50-70 distribution national accounts. This includes developing new sales strategies to solicit new customers as well as to increase sales of current distributors, subsequently meeting those targets on a monthly basis to ensure the success of the entire department is met. This position is also expected to collect all market information about pricing, competitor info and recent market changes to report to the Director Of sales. Provide A to Z accounts management and relationship building role for distributors.
The Plant Manager manages plant operations in the most efficient manner to produce quality products. This includes establishing and directing the organization to operate the plant facility.
This position is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, analyzing, developing, testing, maintaining, and enhancing AS400(DB2), Java and Web Application functions to meet current and future requirements. Support vendor supplied applications as necessary.
The Scheduler provides coordination for production process and scheduling between the Corporate Production department and Plant locations and Sales department, and assists in the administration of Production department functions.
